Dal Vada Recipe Ingredients
1 Cup Chilkewali Moong dal (Split Green Gram)
For Chutney
1 Cup Hara Dhania (Green Coriander leaves)
1 Cup Pudina ke patte (Mint leaves)
1 to 1 1/2 Inch Adrak chopped (Ginger)
2 Hari Mirch (Green chilli)
1 Tsp Jeera (Cumin seed)
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Kala Namak (Black salt)
1 Tsp Bhuna jeera powder (Roasted cumin powder)
1 Tsp Amchur powder
1/4 cup Farsan sev or Namkeen Boondi
1/2 Limboo ka ras (Lemon juice)
1/2 cup cold water
1 Tsp Limboo ka ras (Lemon juice)
1/4 Tsp salt
For Vada
3 Hari Mirch Chopped (Green Chilli chopped)
1 Big pc Adrak chopped (Ginger)(1 Tbl sp)
1 Tsp Kali Mirch Coarsely Crushed(Black pepper)
1 1/4 Tsp salt
1/2 cup Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
Serve with Green chutney & Fried Green chilli And Onion slice
