EVERY day my Frontier provided internet speed SLOWS down after 5pm and is absolutely horrible by 8pm. It stays slow until about midnight. This is with their "High Speed" service. 5 Frontier technician visits the last 6 months, and they say they cannot do anything to help. They say their company is awaiting an "upgrade" to their equipment any day now.
Yes, you are not hallucinating....the download speed is .15MBps and the upload speed is .38MBps.
By the way, it took nearly 3 hours to upload this video.....
