Every IITTI exam candidate needs to identify himself/herself for certification purpose. This "greeting video" also allows each candidate to have an extra practise in presentation in front of a camera.

For human resource people, when they can get a first-hand experience of the IITTI soft skills standard, they can in turn appreciate more of a job-applicant's IITTI World Civility Index credential.

IITTI is an international soft skills standard measuring on topics such as business etiquette, empathy, and intercultural awareness using a point system called 'World Civility Index'.
