Rant on Windstream Communications. Hoping to expose them for the robbers that they are for not supplying the advertised speeds and basically insulting me as a customer by sending three technicians out to fix nonexistent problems. Also they have a little over a week from the day this video was posted to respond to my FCC complaint against them, lest they also tack on breaking federal law to their plethora of other failures.
Ping times of 2000+ are not uncommon in the very late hours of the day, and there are ALWAYS spikes into the hundreds every couple of seconds or so. This makes it impossible to game or use the internet in any way appropriate to 2017.
