May 10 - One of our phone lines started having continuous static after a recent storm, and causing the DSL service to go up and down. A tech showed up May 7 who didn't call or knock, and stuck a note on the gate saying it's household wiring. My kid depends on this Internet to get his schoolwork done so needless to say we are angry about Windstream slacking off here.
