Electronic Frontier Foundation: Police Depts. Paid AT&T Millions to Scrutinize Our Texts & Chats
http://democracynow.org - New details are emerging about how AT&T has been spying on Americans for profit with a secret plan called Project Hemisphere. The Daily Beast reports AT&T is keeping private call records and selling the information to authorities investigating everything from the war on drugs to Medicaid fraud. AT&T reportedly has been retaining every call, text message, Skype chat or other communication that has passed through its infrastructure. Some of the records date back to 1987. Sheriff’s and police departments each pay upward of $1 million a year for access to the call records. No warrants are needed, and AT&T requires governmental agencies to keep secret the source of the information. We speak with Adam Schwartz, a senior lawyer at the Electronic Frontier Foundation. His latest article is "AT&T requires police to hide Hemisphere phone spying." Comcast Internet Review Comparison At&t Frontier
Just a little bit of an outlook on the three internets. At&t was decent even for the lowest tier of internet but the download speeds were awful. 3 hour downloads for 700MB files. Frontier had the same problem even when At&t left the state. Comcast is better but the outages are uncalled for. Overall Comcast is better but nothing to impressive. How to Install your Orbi WiFi System | NETGEAR
This video shows an overview of how to install the Orbi AC3000 Tri-band WiFi System. First, unplug the power to your current modem or gateway and remove any backup batteries. Use the included white ethernet cable to connect the Orbi router to your gateway and plug in the power. Your Orbi router will pulse white and then become solid. Now, take the Orbi satellite to a central location in your home. Plug in the satellite and it should also pulse white until a connection to the Orbi router is established. If the Satellite has a strong connection, it will light BLUE and then turn off. If there is a weak connection, it will light AMBER. Move the Satellite closer to the router and try again. If the Satellite lights MAGENTA, the connection was unsuccessful and you need to move the Satellite closer to the router. To attempt to connect the Satellite and Router again, press the sync button on the back of both units. Once the Orbi system is connected and properly placed, grab your mobile device and connect to the Orbi network with the default network name and password printed on the bottom of the router. Navigate to Orbilogin.com on your web browser. Follow the instructions and the Orbi will confirm you are connected to the internet. Now click 'next' to detect the Orbi Satellite. This may take some time. Once the satellite is detected, click 'setup' to configure. You'll then be prompted to change the default username and password for your admin credentials if you'd like. Continue to change your wireless network name and password. Continue to follow the instructions to complete configuration. Your Orbi network should now be ready to power your home! Frontier Communications 52 minute audio of how bad their business ethics are.
This is the full 52 minute conversation. I have broken down the audio to the times that are the most damning for Frontiers unethical business practices. The last 9 minutes I unfortunately readjusted the microphone and this made it where you can barely hear the supervisor , but you can hear me requoting what she is saying. Below is the letter I wrote to the Presidents office with the exception of I took out emplyoees names. I was quoted a new billing charge of $122.98 on 11/29/2016 confirm # 65527190, never got changed, called again 1/20/2017 quoted new price again confirm# 66194223, never got changed. Ended up with bill for past due $315.47 and regular bill for $609.49. Called on 3/27/2017 (recorded 52 minute conversation, legal in Texas by the way, as long as 1 person knows and I just happen to be that 1 person). At 29:20 minutes your person CONFIRMS new price was established for both of the above confirmations. Around 41 minutes I get a new EXTORTION quote for $143.98 (why would I think this would go thru, just like the other 2 confirms never went thru. Just another ploy to get me off the phone and not have to deal with me anymore and then I have to call back and talk to someone else next month who would have to listen to me and not give a shit either). Now the best part of the recording @ 43:40 I get the supposed Supervisor, She tells me Frontier "DOES NOT HONOR BAD QUOTES" and that "no quoted numbers" were ever written down on either one of the above 2 confirmation numbers. PLEASE SEE ABOVE AT THE 29:20 MARK. Now here is the icing on the cake, she then proceeds to give me a quote of $168.96.,WOULD SHE HONOR THIS? I believe this would be a bad quote also.

Incredible FRONTIER Railways NORTH EAST (NFR)
Trains from the heavenly North East Frontier Railways - NFR is one of the 17 Zones of the vast Indian Railways Network. NFR comprises of the entire state of Assam, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh , Nagaland , parts of West Bengal & Bihar. NFR is one of India's most beautiful zones that is least explored. The trains are completely powered by Diesel Engines ALCo's & EMD's. The Zone is expected to get electrified in due course of time between Burdwan and Jalpaiguri. This video does not cover the entire NFR Zone, how ever a very beautiful spot was chosen to capture Trains that connect to & fro various parts of West Bengal & Assam. Salbari is a small village located between Cooch Behar and Jalpaiguri in the state of West Bengal .The main occupation of the villagers is Agriculture and Rice is the prime crop cultivated here. Most of the trains were captured between these lush green Paddy fields where the single Broad gauge line takes a sharp curvature alignment between Kolai Gram and Salvadi Stations. The water from the Galandi river is used for irrigation & drinking by the villagers. The video was captured during the peak monsoon season hence you can see the nature at its best. Hope you find this video rejuvenating as you hear the Jet sound EMD's and the chugging ALCO's conquering the virgin terrain. About the intro WDP4 GT46PAC 20012 christened as " BAAZ - In Sanskrit means Falcon, the bird " was the one and only Aerodynamic Fiber glass Cab fitted EMD that was painted in a unique Blue and Orange combo livery as seen. The Locomotive was first homed at Hubli EMD Shed under South Western Railways. Later the Loco was transferred to NFR's Siliguri EMD Shed. The Shed ripped off the fiber glass cab of the loco which is now a thing of past. The intro is a tribute to one of my favorite Locos. The first Locomotive in this video is the same 20012 BAAZ in Siliguri Shed livery in the present day condition. Never the less Siliguri shed has shown some interest to bring back the Baaz Livery on few other WDP4s that can be seen in this video.
